What grades do you offer?+

We exclusively supply A5 and A4 grade Japanese wagyu, as certified by the Japanese Meat Grading Association (JMGA). Each shipment includes official grading certificates with individual carcass identification numbers.

Can I request specific cuts or custom portioning?+
