What is the minimum order quantity?+

Our minimum order is approximately 40kg (one carcass equivalent). This can include a mix of cuts based on your preferences. We recommend starting with a trial order to evaluate quality before committing to regular shipments.

Can you fulfil large orders for a single primal cut?+

Yes. Through our partnerships with multiple slaughterhouses and beef processors across Japan, we can fulfil large-volume orders for specific cuts — ribeye, tenderloin, striploin, and others. A single-source butcher cannot do this; our network can. Please contact us with your volume requirements.

Which countries can you ship to?+

We currently export to the United States, France, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and the Maldives. All shipments originate from government-certified export facilities with the required health certificates for each destination. Please note that we are unable to export to halal-required countries or most European countries at this time.

How is the beef shipped and how long does delivery take?+

All products are vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen immediately after processing, then shipped with continuous cold-chain management. Typical delivery time is 2–4 weeks depending on destination country.

What grades do you offer?+

We supply A5 and A4 grade Japanese wagyu, as certified by the Japanese Meat Grading Association (JMGA). Approximately 80% of our supply is A5 grade. Each shipment includes official grading certificates with individual carcass identification numbers.

What is the co-branding partnership program?+

We offer a three-way co-branding model: your company, a contracted Japanese farm, and Wagyu International establish an exclusive named wagyu brand for your market. You own the brand in your territory — no competing distributors. This program is suited for importers and distributors seeking to escape commodity-level price competition.
